Having been in the industry in different
capacities for over 17 years, Elizabeth has a broad knowledge base. All 17 years have been working in the greater Tucson area so Elizabeth has many resources to call upon.
Some of the most important things to keep in mind with memory care is the training of the staff.
Are they properly trained to redirect a person with memory issues or someone who “sun downs”. This is a special skill and takes practice.
Also since memory issues go hand in hand with anxiety it is sometimes best to place a loved one in a
smaller environment with less stimulation to help keep them calm. A true senior advisor will ask all the right questions to make sure the placement they suggest is a good fit.
Just like real estate, the more amenities and requirements you have the more expensive the location. It is important to keep in mind that safety of your loved one is the main concern.
Also by using a local senior advisor you will have the benefit of their first hand knowledge of the community.
I have contracts with over 100 care homes that can accommodate many different budget levels. I also have over 30 Independent, Assisted and Memory Care communities that I work with.

Our Process
Each and every placement I do is different. Whether it is an emergency situation due to safety issues or one that is brought on by a family member being proactive, whether there is family close or across the country, whether the finances are slim or abundant, the thing I keep in mind is: We Are Humans Caring For Humans!
Flexibility and compassion is the foundation to a successful placement. Yes, my knowledge of the Tucson Market is vast and my resources are plenty but what makes me different is, my heart is huge.
Many of my past clients I now consider friends because I go above and beyond to help with the infinite details of downsizing lives, picking threw memories, and making difficult decisions.
If you allow me the honor of helping your family, not only will I provide the necessary resources, I will help with paperwork, provide guided tours, access to state inspection surveys, and hundreds of other possible services. I have been known to move furniture, take clients to banks or doctors and clean. Don’t go it Alone.
